FIVE STARS AND BEYOND!
Last summer, we experienced major water damage in our kitchen, right after the passing of our beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Shelby.
We were so sad, feeling numb and in despair. Our entire kitchen had to be torn out. We felt like we were living in another universe without a kitchen and with a horrid smell and dusty mess. We were so down and out. I called Classic Kitchens to make an appointment for an estimate. That's when our luck started to change!
We were able to meet right away with Judy and Ronnie, and within minutes, the stress started to melt away, and hopes for a new kitchen became a reality. Judy was so reassuring that we would be able to have an amazing kitchen within budget and also, within a very short amount of time, compared to other estimates.
Judy worked with us to figure out which cabinets, hardware and backsplash we preferred. We met with Ronnie to go over the floor plan and price. They are a wonderful team. We were treated like family. Judy, always with a smile and comforting words, held our hands through the entire process. The cabinets were ordered, and before we knew it, we received a call that the cabinets were in ahead of schedule! Ronnie asked if they could come by earlier than planned for his workers to install the cabinets! When does that happen? I've heard nightmare stories where people were without a kitchen for an average of five months!
The installers were so delightful to have in our home. They were meticulous and considerate. The whole kitchen was installed in a couple of days! Ronnie is a genius. Not only did he do what we wanted, he also added so many extra touches and made suggestions that enhanced the look of our kitchen. Anything we asked him, his response was, "that's not a problem!" We had asked another kitchen entrepreneur if we could get rid of the old soffit below the ceiling, and he had said there would be no way to do this because the soffits have wiring in them that would require too much work and money. When we asked Ronnie, he replied, "of course!" And he had his contractor removed the soffit immediately without any hassle or extra expense.
The contractor they recommended to install the backsplash and lighting, was AMAZING! We adored him and his work! He was not only reliable, but ALWAYS early, each day! Their plumber was terrific and reasonable, as well!
Judy and Ronnie and their crew and contractors were all such a pleasure to work with. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very pleasurable one! I look so forward to having more renovations done by Classic Kitchens and their referred contractor.

Dear Ron,
I would like to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude to your company for the complete renovation of my kitchen. My husband and I have been thinking about renovating our kitchen for some time but faced the challenges most seniors face regarding the cost. We received some quotes from others that were way out of our price range. Ron came to our home to give us a thorough and complete estimate from "soup to nuts" not leaving any detail of cost out. We were floored when the kitchen was completed, that we paid exactly what Ron had initially quoted and not a penny more.
When the staff from Classic Kitchens arrived to start the job, they were extremely polite, professional and really cared about the work they were doing. They completed phase one (removing the old cabinets) in one day and returned the next to start installing the new. We were amazed at how precise they were in every detail. By the end of the second day we were enjoying our brand new kitchen. We still walk into the kitchen now, and just stand in amazement at what a beautiful job the team at Classic Kitchens did for us.
It's quite difficult to find the right "fit" with any renovation company. Very seldom do you come across a company that takes the time to get every facet of the work just right. From the beginning, we were a little apprehensive because of the overall cost and fearful that we would be "take for a ride" because we are seniors. Ron and the team put all of our fears to rest and we couldn't be more satisfied. We feel that it's good people that run good companies and we wouldn't hesitate to refer Classic Kitchens to our family and friends.

What a great experience from start to finish. Ron came out to do the initial consult, and gave us a few options. We visited the showroom, and things only got better from then. The staff was great. There were no sales pitches to try and get us to make a high end purchase. We elected to go with new cabinets with a Formica counter top, and since we made our choice, several people thought we had granite. We cannot express enough gratitude towards the people and the quality of their craftsmanship. A big shout out to Haim and Bob (the Plumber). I live in a house built in 1924. The kitchen was dismal and dreary. When I purchased the house I knew it needed to be redone. But I continued to postpone the remodel of the kitchen because I couldn't imagine the disruption in our lives. One day the refrigerator died and the new ones were too big for the space. So the time had come, I needed to redo the kitchen.
I had a picture in a magazine and the desire to save the old wall tile to keep the integrity of the house's age. I wandered in to Classis Kitchens with my magazine and a fuzzy idea of what I wanted. From that point on, I felt like I was family or a special friend. Maya, Judy and Ronnie met with me on several occasions and helped me focus on my wants and needs. Ronnie guided me with the design of the layout. I picked out the cabinets, sink and countertops with the guidance of Judy and Maya and within a few weeks received a call that they were in and ready to begin.
The first day of "construction/destruction" I was concerned with what would take place. Their construction crew was polite, respectful of my home and just like the staff at the store, friendly and helpful. In the old kitchen there were no walls that were square, some of the tiles were cracked, the flooring had to be ripped out, all in a tiny space. They handled everything from beginning to end. Ronnie and his construction staff are consummate craftsmen. Their work is beautiful!
The job they did was so remarkable, quick and beautiful. They made you feel as if yours was the only job that they had and that only your job was on their minds. I could pick up the phone and speak to any of them at any time. They were accessible. Ronnie was on site daily.
It was just a wonderful experience. I would recommend them without hesitation and do to my friends and acquaintances all the time. Classic Kitchens, you are the best!!!
